Request a free consultation
Finding the right therapist can be difficult. A free 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to talk and see whether we are a good match.
Tell me a little about what is bringing you here, ask any questions you have, and get a sense of what working together might look like. You do not need to have everything figured out before we speak.
I provide counseling under supervision through Being Unbound Mental Health Counseling, PLLC.
Complete the form below to request a call. Sending the form does not book an appointment or establish a therapist-client relationship.
This website and consultation form are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health crisis support in the U.S., call or text 988.

What we'll talk about
The consultation is a chance to tell me a little about what has been going on and ask any questions you have about my approach, fees, insurance, session options, or getting started. If you’re reaching out about your child or teen, we can talk through possible next steps.
If it feels like a good fit and the services available through the practice meet your needs, we can arrange your first session. You do not have to decide during the consultation.
Fees and session options
